Waiting for Cement to Cure

In ‪#‎porterranch‬ we are waiting for cement to cure. Perhaps this is the road to recovery for us, but what about our future? The California Air Resources Board and the South Coast Air Quality Management District will test the air for methane and other compounds (‪#‎LAtimes‬ ). But who do they work for? Can we trust these regulators? The leak started in October and and the state enacted emergency operations in JANUARY. Why did it take this long?
